By accessing or using florida360mgmt.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

USE OF THE SITE

The Site provides information about Florida 360° Management's property management services and allows residents and property owners to request documents, services, and information through our Shop and Contact features.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Items available through the Shop (including document packages, estoppel letters, spare keys/clickers/cards, individual documents, application fees, and the condo questionnaire) are described with their current price at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price charged.

PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize Florida 360° Management to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown at checkout, including any Rush Order or Delivery Fee add-ons you select.

DELIVERY AND PROCESSING TIME

Standard requests are typically processed within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Rush Order service, where selected, is intended to expedite processing but does not guarantee a specific delivery time. Processing times may vary based on the complexity of the request and third-party response times (e.g., associations, lenders).

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests for a refund must be submitted to Customerservice@florida360mgmt.com. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly where a service has not yet been performed. Once a document has been prepared or a service has been completed, refunds may not be available.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through our forms (name, contact details, order details). Florida 360° Management is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the requester.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida 360° Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the services requested through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Florida 360° Management and may not be used without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
